The Longitudinal Study of the Lifestyle of Adolescents - ELEVA is a research project, planned and developed by researchers from the Research Center for Physical Activity and Health, at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (NuPAF \/ UFSC), covering one of its priority research lines, entitled \u201cPhysical Education, Living Conditions and Health\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

O ELEVA tem como objetivo avaliar comportamentos de atividade f\u00edsica, comportamento sedent\u00e1rio, de sono, comportamento alimentar, e o  consumo de \u00e1lcool e cigarro de estudantes do ensino m\u00e9dio integrado ao ensino t\u00e9cnico. Estes comportamentos s\u00e3o parte do que chamamos de estilo de vida vinculado \u00e0 sa\u00fade, que est\u00e1 diretamente ligado \u00e0 sa\u00fade e bem estar dos adolescentes\u00b9, o projeto avaliou os alunos matriculados no ensino m\u00e9dio integrado e t\u00e9cnico dos Institutos Federais de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Tecnol\u00f3gica de Santa Catarina (IF), localizado na grande regi\u00e3o de Florian\u00f3polis (Florian\u00f3polis, S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9 e Palho\u00e7a) em 2019 e em 2022<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
