Anthropometry
Height
A portable stadiometer (AlturExata brand) was used to measure height to the nearest 0.1 cm. Two measures were taken and when there was a divergence between the measures, the mean was used.
Body Mass
Body mass was measured once using a calibrated scale (brand Welmy) value to the nearest 0.1 kg.
Body Mass Index
The nutritional status (eg, thinness, apparently healthy weight, overweight) was categorized based on the body mass index (BMI = kg / m²), sex, and age, using the World Health Organization Growth Curves.
